Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the present problem in organizational managemnt in the president office at Srinakharinwirot University and to form s structure and a functional model for organizationsl management in the president office at Srinakharinwirot University. The results of the research are as follow:
1. The studied problems of organizational management in the president office at Srinakharinwirot University in the present time, rated by the principles of good governance in 6 fields of interest; law, merit, participation, transparency, accountability and value added, are shown to have some problems in each field and in all fields, higher than the rating scale set of 3.00 and significant at .01 as observed by the 265 personnels.
2. A model for organizationsl management in the president office at Srinakharinwirot University by integrator of structure and empowerment, which were rated by 12 specialists in the 4 subject of the organizationsl structure, the organizational management, line of command and authority of the cluster.
3. All 284 personnels agreed on the model of organizational management in the president office at Srinakharinwirot University by integrator of structure and empowerment with the rating scale higher than the rating scale set of 3.50 and significant at .01.
