Abstract
Both Peter Drucker and Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom have the same focus on people as the first priority Peter Drucker’s leadership concept happened in the second wave or industrial age which overlapped the beginning of the third wave or IT age. Therefore, Peter Drucker’s leadership concept focuses on systematic people management, productivity, effectiveness, top-down management, strict control and searching for the new opportunities. Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom’s leadership concept happened in the late second wave or industrial age overlapping the third wave or IT age, the fourth wave or innovation age and the fifth wave intellectual property age. Therefore, Peter Drucker’s leadership concept focuses on lifelong learning, anticipating the future changes, searching for opportunities, preventing threats and ethical capital. Because all five waves have been synergized, both Peter Drucker’s and Prof. Dr. Chira Hongladarom’s concepts can be applied together in all contexts.
