Abstract

The benefits from hiring the elderly are expected for the country in both economic and social terms. However, there are a number of employment obstacles in hiring the elderly from the perspective of the enterprises and the elderly themselves. The factors influencing the success of elderly employment include their decision to work, the readiness of the enterprises to hire them, and the support of the government sector.
