บทคัดย่อ
          บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการสนทนากลุ่มแบบออนไลน์ (Online Focus Group: OFG) เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งสำหรับนักวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ข้อมูลที่นำเสนอในบทความนี้เป็นผลมาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษเกี่ยวกับการจัดการสนทนากลุ่มแบบดั้งเดิม (Traditional Focus Group: TFG) และการจัดการสนทนากลุ่มแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อค้นหาส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญของการสนทนากลุ่มทั้งสองแบบแล้วนำมาเปรียบเทียบกัน จากนั้นนำเสนอแบบจำลองประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการสนทนากลุ่มแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบออนไลน์ในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ช่วยให้การดำเนินการวิจัยสามารถดำเนินต่อไปได้ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการวิจัยได้ตามเป้าหมายในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ได้ต่อไป

Abstract

           This review paper aims to present a proposed process for conducting an online focus group (OFG) as an alternative method of data collection in qualitative research project during the present pandemic of COVID-19. Data and information present in this paper is the result of a review of a number of literatures both in Thai and English related to both the process of conducting traditional focus group (TFG) and OFG. This is to identify the major elements of both types of focus group. A comparison of major elements of both types of focus group found from literatures was then made. Then an alternative model of process of OFG was proposed for consideration in conducting OFG for future operations in collecting data in qualitative research projects. This would help them to complete their qualitative research projects and achieving the established objectives and goals of their research projects during the difficult time of the pandemic of the COVID-19 and beyond.
