บทคัดย่อ
          งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของวัดกับชุมชนเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลโดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการศึกษาจากเอกสาร มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ พระสงฆ์ ผู้นำชุมชนและภาคีเครือข่าย โดยมีผลการศึกษาดังนี้
          ด้านบทบาทของวัดและชุมชน มีการดำเนินการ ดังนี้ 1 ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน จัดทำแผนแม่บทเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน การจัดทำศูนย์เรียนรู้ภายในชุมชน การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นสร้างนวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ภายในชุมชน 2 การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน มีการรวมกลุ่มกันเพื่อจัดทำแผนแม่บท ร่วมกันรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาชุมชน มีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามประเมินผลการจัดให้มี กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วม ด้วยการให้ความรู้
          ด้านการพัฒนาชุมชน จัดให้มีการส่งเสริมกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม การส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ชุมชน การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ให้กับผู้ที่สนใจ การส่งเสริมชุมชนเข้มแข็ง มีผู้นำชุมชนที่เข้มแข็งองค์กรชุมชนเข้มแข็ง และมีแผนแม่บทที่เปิดโอกาสสมาชิกได้แสดงความคิดเห็น แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมทำประโยชน์เพื่อชุมชน การได้รับ การสนับสนุนจากภาคีเครือข่าย วัดกับชุมชนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการตามกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมและแผนแม่บทของชุมชน ซึ่งทรัพยากรทั้งหมดเป็นการพัฒนาทรัพยากรของมนุษย์ของชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็ง โดยข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญคือภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน จะทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่เข้มแข็งในชุมชน

Participation of Temples and Communities for Community
Development:A Case Study of Wat Tanot Community,

Abstract

           The objective of this research is to study the participation of temples and communities in community development. This research employed qualitative methods and collected data using an in-depth interview technique as well as a document study. The target groups are monks, community leaders, and allies in the network. The findings of the study are as follows: concerning the roles of the temple and the community, the following actions have been taken: 1) promoting learning in the community by making a master plan for community development, setting up community learning centers, developing local wisdom, and creating innovation to promote learning in the community; and 2) encouraging participation in community development by working together to make a master plan, working together to be responsible for the community development works, taking part in monitoring and assessment, and arranging activities to promote participation through knowledge sharing. Concerning community development, there should be promotion of a participatory process, promotion of Community learning processes, development of learning centers to disseminate knowledge to those interested, promotion of a strong community with strong community leaders, availability of a master plan that is open for feedback from all members, exchange and learning to work for the community, support from network, and the role of the temple and community to work through a participatory process and master plan of the community.
