Abstract
The objective of this research were to study the level of leadership, organizational culture, Workplace spirituality and organizational engagement of manager, relationship between leadership, organizational Culture, workplace spirituality and organizational engagement. The research also studied the possibility Leadership, organizational culture, workplace spirituality to predict organizational engagement of managers of Advance Info Service Public compamy limited. Samples were taken from 215 managers. Research measurements used in collecting data were 5 questionnaires forms; personal data, leadership, organizational Culture, workplace spirituality and organizational engagement. Statistics analyzed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and enter multiple regression analysis which analyzed by statistical package for social sciences computer program. The results show that 1) level of Leadership, organizational culture of managers, workplace spiritualit and organizational engagement of managers were also high level. 2) leadership of managers had a positive relationship with organizational engagement at .01 level of significant (r=.428) 3) organizational culture of managers had a positive relationship with organizational engagement at .01 level of significant (r=.609) 5) organizational culture and workplace spirituality could predict 49.4% of organizational engagement of managers of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited at .001 level of significant (r=.708).
