Organizational Trust, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Job Performance of Professional Nurses at Nakhon Nayok Province’s Hospital

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the relationships between organizational trust, organization citizenship behavior and job performance and the parameters that could predict job performance of professional nurses at Nakhon Nayok province’s hospital. Samples were 205 professional nurses at Nakhon Nayok province’s hospital. Questionnaires were used to collect the data which were consisted of 4 parts: personal factors, organizational trust, organization citizenship behavior, and job performance. Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. Resultsa showed that organization citizenship behavior in self-development, courtesy and civic virtue could predict 40.6 percentage (R2Adj =.406) of job performance of professional nurses at Nakhon Nayok province’s hospital with statistical significance at .01 level.
