บทคัดย่อ
           บทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการผู้มีส่วนได้เสียต่อคุณลักษณะมหาบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสังคมศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม คณะสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ภายใต้โมเดลการประกันคุณภาพเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยอาเซียน (AUN-QA) โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บแบบสอบถามจากผู้มีส่วนได้เสียของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร ศิษย์เก่า และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต และทำการสัมภาษณ์จากกลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณพบว่า มหาบัณฑิตพึงมีความรู้ด้านการวิจัยสังคม มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และมีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ส่วนผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพพบว่ามหาบัณฑิตควรมีความรู้ทั้งมิติทางสังคมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์และสามารถเข้าใจถึงเครื่องมือทางสังคมศาสตร์ในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และมีเจตคติที่ดีในงานตน ผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวัง โครงสร้างหลักสูตร และการเรียนการสอนตามแนวทางของโมเดล AUN-QA ต่อไปได้

Abstract

           This research aims at studying stakeholder’s needs assessment on desirable characteristics of master graduates based on AUN-QA by collecting questionnaires from 4 stakeholders including students, lecturers, alumni, and employers and by interviewing employers. Quantitative results were found that desirable characteristics of master graduates included having knowledge in social researches; having teamwork skill, and faithfulness. Qualitative results were found that master graduates should have knowledge both social sciences and natural sciences and also social sciences tools for environmental management. They should be adept in communication skill and have good attitude towards their work. Research results can be used as the inputs for the process of designing program’s expected learning outcomes, program structure, and teaching and learning activities based on AUN-QA.
